About
Medical Interests include: Chronic health management, preventative care, pediatrics, and acute illnesses. I am very compassionate about diabetes management. I myself was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 13. I have received exceptional care and growing up, I saw the effects of diabetes on my Grandfather. I wanted to be able to provide diabetes care for patients to achieve optimal health outcomes and avoid complications of the disease. As I have been in practice, I have grown fond of caring for multiple areas of health and continuing education throughout the profession.

I love being outside and doing all things outdoors. My husband and I are both very competitive golfers so we try to enjoy friendly rounds of golf when we can. I was able to play at Grand View while obtaining my nursing degree which was an amazing experience. We love being at the lake, boating, and swimming as often as we can. I also enjoy fishing and sitting by the fire whenever I am able.
